BAHAN-BAHAN ( saya doublekan resipi ini) - dapat kek ukuran 8 inci satu unit & 7 inci satu unit.

120gm Gula
100gm Tepung
20gm serbuk koko
4 biji Telur ‘B’
10gm Super sponge
20gm Air
20gm Minyak jagung


CARA-CARANYA

• Putar gula, tepung, telur, super sponge dan air sehingga kembang dan kental (guna kelajuan tinggi)
• Perlahankan kelajuan dan masukkan minyak jagung
• Bakar suhu 170c  -bakar lebih kurang 30 minit.


Syrup Kopi (untuk diletak di atas sponge cake)
1sudu teh nescafe
105gram fresh milk

Mousse Chocolate
250gm whipping cream (pukul sampai kembang, jangan overbeat..nanti cair)
165gram dark chocolate (cairkan, saya pakai couverture chocolate)

Mousse White Chocolate
500gram whipping cream Pukul sampai kembang, jangan overbeat, nanti cair)
165gram white chocolate (cairkan, saya pakai couverture chocolate)

Chocolate Topping
150gram whipping cream
350gram dark chocolate
1 tbspoon butter (saya pakai unsalted)

Decoration
150 gram Whipped Cream.
